By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Platform.
The Bizgets business platform offers a range of online services including money transfer, domestic college admission booking, GST registration and filing, IT filing, digital signature, company registrations, trade mark and ISO consulting, flight ticket booking, bus ticket booking, Fastag, KSEB, and water bill payments, DTH, postpaid, and mobile recharges. The Platform is priced at Rs 2500/-.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer or mobile device. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. You must provide accurate and complete information when using the Platform.
The Platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Bizgets and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
Bizgets shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform.
Bizgets may terminate or suspend your access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause, and without prior notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease.
Bizgets reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Platform or any part of it at any time without prior notice. We may also revise this Agreement from time to time. The most current version of the Agreement will govern your use of the Platform.
This Agreement shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions of this Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Bizgets regarding the use of the Platform and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous agreements, proposals, or representations, whether oral or written.
